Your first visit with our dental office is about getting to know your new dentist, Dr. Suman Chintala, our team, and our office. We encourage you to share with us your dental concerns and your dental or oral health goals.
Most initial visits will consist of a comprehensive oral examination that includes x-rays. An oral cancer screening will be performed at this time as well.
You can fill out your new patient information at our kiosk fast check-in system. You will be filling out your medical history, dental insurance, and contact information.
